We can now offer a callback backend solution that will allow winners or losers to be instantly connected to the client via a land line or mobile phone. This opens up all sorts of possibilities, the end users gets notified as soon as they have scratched off and the client gets to speak to a potential customer.

The whole callback system is logged and has its own API interface so usage, destination numbers and control elements can be managed and maintained all via a browser interface.

Imagine being able to congratulate a winner as soon as they have won, in person. Or console them if they have lost, remembering to tell them how they can win if they use your services of course!!!
